HighTechLending's office is in a building by my house. (this saves overhead) This is an office building dedicated to the business.

5 minutes from I-5

The map below points to our office location.

From I-5 northbound or southbound take exit # 202. (116th st exit.  N. bound-just past Tulalip Casino and Seattle Premium Outlet Mall)

If you came northbound, turn left at light

If you came southbound, turn right at light

After turning at light, turn right at next street (34th NE)

34th NE will parallel I-5 north to next overpass (there is no exit for this overpass)

at the end of 34th NE there is a stop light

Turn left on to 140th (locally known as Firetrail rd)

Continue west on 140th, the streets decend from NE and will start up again as NW streets. Along 140th you will pass 25th NE, 15th NE, 5th NE, 2nd NE. There are three 2nd NE, pass them!

Just prior to cresting the top of the hill you will start up in NORTHWEST streets, 

Turn right on 2ND AVE NORTHWEST (Cascade Crest Estates) this is a dead end street

Go almost to end of street and look along fence just to the left of the driveway for DAVIS, 14716 2nd Ave NW.

Turn up driveway and go to the left.  The office is in the building left, BEHIND of the house.
